Hi, I'm Maya
I’m a passionate chef with a unique blend of Taiwanese and French culinary influences. Growing up in a multicultural family, I was deeply inspired by both music and gastronomy, which has shaped my approach to cooking today. My culinary journey has taken me across prestigious kitchens in Paris, Rome, and beyond, where I’ve gained expertise in everything from patisserie to leading culinary pop-ups and crafting innovative, seasonal menus. I hold CAP certifications in both Cuisine and Patisserie from the renowned Ferrandi Paris, where I developed my technical skills and creative flair. My experience spans a wide range of roles in the kitchen, from creating gourmet dishes for exclusive events to refining the art of traditional baking.
